Hi Guys
i was going over the posts and think this forum is awesome. so now it is up to me to ask for your kind support.

I just signed a contract to work for a company in pinellas park, regular work in management. hours say 8am to 8pm the latest. i start in december.
since i pay new york prices now i can spend up to 2000 bucks a month but i figure that s only if i really love the place. $1500 is my comfort zone.
i am looking to rent.
Schools are no concern and i think up to 30 minutes commute are ok.
important is close to beach or even beach access.
i can t decide btw. house with pool or apt community.
if apartment i prefer high rise, top floors, with great view and large balcony.
international flair and shopping opportunities would be great. love the outdoors and am excited about being close to beaches.

looked at clearwater, st pete etc..

but to decide where to move to is the hard part.....
i hope to find some advice, also a professionals offers would be greatly appreciated.
thank you.

I'd suggest you look at the Sand Key Condos in Clearwater. I'm sure there are others, but that's the first one that comes to mind.

Well, Pinellas Park doesn't have much International Flair or even a downtown to speak of. Sand Key is OK but isolated and pretty dull. Downtown St. Pete has lots of new high rises that are virtually vacant, so rent might be negotiable. Lots of shops, restaurants, live music and 10 minutes to the beach. Actually, downtown has some nice beaches-on the bay, not on the Gulf. Or just start driving up Gulf Blvd. from St. Pete Beach all the way to Clearwater.

Have u tried Indian Rocks Beach or Madeira Beach? It wont give u all that u are looking for. Coming from NYC, the area is not as "international flair"-ish as u may like.

I Direct Messaged you. I'll help you out. International flair is definitely not prevalent in this area, but we can find you something you would like. I'll send you another DM with some ideas in a little bit
