Hi Florida Friends! I am contemplating a move to the Bay area. My elderly parents live in Indian Rocks Beach. I have visiting the area many times and absolutely LOVE it. I want to rent a small apartment near my parents....but not too close! Ideally, a 1BD/1BA with washer and dryer in the unit for $700 or less. Must be pet friendly (cats).

I found a match online at the Plantation Gardens in Pinellas Park. It's located near the corner of 19 and 110th street. I am a divorced, white woman, 51 with no children. Will this area and/or apartment complex be suitable for me? I will appreciate your input and advice. Thanks!

Madam Oink
