Im guessing I need to contact Teco and Hillsborourough water company, what type of money am I going to need to spend for the deposits and what not.

I understand Teco has soem weird thing where electricity is cheaper during the day or something anyone know what that is about?

If you let them pull your credit report and have a good rating, they normally waive the deposit. Don't remeber the deposit for water but for TECO it's something like $300. You can call and ask.

Regadring the different rate for usuage at different times, go to TECO site and check energy saving section. It's explained there.

I think Teco is $ 200.- and Pasco Water utilities are $ 300.00.

Indeed if your credit score is good it can be waived and otherwise you get it back after 2 years, unless you have late payments.

Wow, that is a lot more then I was expecting, but we both have great credit but I wonder if they wouldnt waive as we have no history of paing utility bills.

I actually found the link.. Deposit is twice the average service for that location.

With electric it was 285 (i think we have TECO too but i dont recall since we just signed up for it a couple weeks ago) and hillsborough water it was 115. Water had no option of waiving the deposit, regardless of credit.
