My husband and I plan to move to FL, somewhere between Westchase in the North Tampa area and Bradenton. We will be visiting in a few months, so I'm trying to narrow things down as much as I can to make the most of our time there. My husband will be retiring, and I will continue to work from home, so commuting is not an issue. We're looking for a nice neighborhood with homes roughly in the $300,000 to $425,000 range. We also want to stay within about 30 mins. or less to a marina where we could store our boat or just drive to a nice beach for the day, unless that puts us in the really high-cost insurance area. Would like to hear suggestions for what neighborhoods would fit our description or anything else you think we should take into consideration.
