There are a few projects going in on Spring Hill Dr. just past the Suncoast.

There is also a decent size business park going in down on Anderson Snow Rd just north of the soccer fields.

The 2 Mil Sq Ft project is just in the "want to" stage. They want to do it but there is a way to go before we get excited about it.

Those are both with Citizens and down close to what I was paying 6 years ago.

And I have never heard the term Sink Hill used for Spring Hill, do you actually live in the area to know these things or are you just throwing useless and unsubstantiated posts about.
I owned a home in Spring Hill. The news coverage emphasized the Sink Holes in that area and referenced it being a sinking city which originated the name "SINK HILL".

You do realize that Wesley Chapel and Pasco County has a higher occurance of sink holes than Spring Hill and Hernando County don't you?

Yeah, the Spring Hill/Sink Hill thing is getting old. People who keep bringing it up probably live in Pasco County.

I grew up in The Bronx and lived there for 25 years.

I had more guns pulled on me in a year, living in Ft.Lauderdale/ Miami area than I did in 25 years in The Bronx.

Have fun down there.

Do you have a kevlar vest?
