Hi all I wanted some info regarding changing over plates and registration from New Jersey to Florida price to change over plates and registration also if anybody recommends any car insurance companies in the Brandon area thanks.

Thanks for your help it is a little expensive to switch plates and registration you said you are moving to Brandon as well from where?

It really is relatively inexpensive compared to other states, but the bright side is you don't pay taxes on your car every year - just the fee to renew the tag.

From Seattle. We are actually from Plant City, but the last time we lived in the area was 20 years ago. We're being stationed at MacDill AFB.

I go through AAA for my insurance (the insurance company is Travelers Insurance). The price they offered me was better than Geico, Allstate, State Farm, Progressive, and Direct General. I also live in Brandon and your insurance will be lower than it would be if you had a Tampa address.
