no it won't- but I bet we all can vote... and if the consensus makes it way around enough it might reach the right ears...don't ya think? Look at St Pete and the Pier...

no a better upgraded system. people cry out after a few accidents in areas that dont have stop signs or lights, so our voices are heard. Is there somethign wrong to want better more efficient?

I think we need to let the traffic engineers hired by the local authorities handle it.
If you dont like what you get in the way of traffic lights, give them (the traffiic engineers) a call or drop them a letter so they can either explain to you why it is the way it is or make appropriate studies for change.

I never said it was easy and if I want to ramble I will- I am not the person to come up with the answers, I would have NO clue, but things can improve, it just costs money, and if other cities can do it, why not? I read about London and their Tolls systems wow,, interesting way to commute- Highways are being built, other changes must come
