Recently moved to an apartment that has woods right behind and these things are all over. They are coming right through the screen and into the house. We could keep everything shut, but I'm not gonna live like that.

So far I've sprayed raid all over the screens which has seemed to help, but this is too expensive for a permanent solution. I'm open to ANY suggestions. Help!

You can make your own screens or perhaps just tape fabric over the existing screens. Here's the material you need.

mesh fabrics

Good find. Do you have any experience with it? I'm wondering if you can still see through it and if the air will still flow through.

Nope no experience. I;m sure if you google "bug screens Tampa, Fl" you'll get results of a local company that makes bug screens. Bounce some questions off of them.

I ordered pest stuff from online back on October 21st. Stuff hadn't arrived yet so I finally called. Jerks said, oh yeah.... its on backorder. I cancelled my call because I refuse to do business with companies that don;t notify you of such things. Its time to spray the house and now I am going to gave to wait.... again. DOH!

The point of that was... I really hate bugs. I am pretty sure no-see-ums make their way into my house when I have the windows open as well. Since its not my house, I'm not paying for the screens, so I am out of luck there. I figure dousing the house and yard with bug stuff... on the outside will help.
