St. James Place is on our list as is Grande Oasis and Foxcroft. My hubby is going down this Friday for a week to interview and look at apts. I'm excited to be moving soon, especially since it's supposed to snow on Easter up here, lol.

Is Carrollwood a deed restricted neighborhood? We have a 31 ft Motor Home and want to park it in our yard if we rent a house there.

Carrolwood is an area / CDP, not a neighborhood.
That said, we dont allow you to park an RV in your yard here...
May I suggest Pinellas Park or West Pasco county

I suspect you are going to need to find someplace to store it. If you can find a place in Odessa to rent where the lots are big and there are no HOAs. Some might let you park it in your backyard if there is a privacy fence but not all.

Pretty much unless you live on an ACRE +, it will be forbidden by county code.

My daughter is fairly new to Carrollwood. She needs a teenager to help with housework and folding of clothes (laundry). She is very busy with newborn and would like to have a female to assist with general house work. Any suggestions? Will pay $10-15 hourly

No RV's allowed in west Pasco. No one has enough money anyways to own a RV over here.
