Why would any person with any heart wish bad on an entire town full of people? Do you realize what happened during Katrina?

You might not like the town but millions of others do.

To wish harm to a city filled with people is not only ridiculous but sad that someone would even think this.

Some people are not happy no matter where they live and we have seen our share of those people here in this forum for sure.

I lived in Tampa Bay since 1978.
Laid off and moved to NE TN in 2008.
Family hated NE TN, we moved back and are very happy here.

Unless you are retired, I wouldn't recommend Tampa to anyone. The job opportunities are slim and the pay is very low. I've lived in New York and Chicago before moving to Tampa and in comparison this is a third world experience at best. The only thing Tampa has to offer is the weather (in the winter only).

The bottom line...don't even consider Tampa until you are at least 65 and think real hard about it even then.
