Why not try to bring alot of good people to the beaches here then?

It is alot of money in more tourism

So you have several people telling you that they would not live in Miami because of the crowded beaches, and you ask why we don't bring more people here?

Several people have told you over several weeks that not everyone wants a crowded beach. We have Clearwater Beach for that kind of thing. I prefer a more secluded, natural beach. I don't want to fight the crowds or see buildings everywhere. You can ruin Clearwater Beach all you want. I believe that has been overdeveloped beyond repair. Please leave our few remaining more natural beaches alone. If you want to live on Miami Beach, move to Miami Beach.

Why do so many people move here and then want to change everything? If you feel the need to make big changes to your surroundings, maybe you are in the wrong place.

So a little more restaurants and a beach walk would ruin the beach for you?

Well, i would be lying if i said that clearwater beach is not nice in my eyes. Alot of people, young people who i can rest my eyes on and a lot of things to do.
If i knew this from the beginning i would have bought around clearwater beach

But now i live in St Petersburg and i want to make the best of the situation.

Let's say that all areas develop in some way. What do you think is the best way?
And dont say that it dont need to be developed because then you dont understand my question. I am talking about a natural way to go with a area

You think Clearwater Beach is visually appealing and that its design can handle the number of people who hang out there on weekends? It's a soulless, stucco wasteland filled with high-rises and a two-lane roundabout that confuses countless drivers, not to mention the fact that it can take thirty minutes to an hour to drive a mile.

So you mean that because of the traffic and the two roundabouts. It is the problem with clearwater beach?

About the rest, it is your oppinion.

How do you think that treasure island and st pete should develop?

What YOU want for the beaches is irrelevant. Absolutely, positively, 100% irrelevant. You don't live there, you don't pay taxes there, you're just a visitor- no different than the thousands of out of state gawkers that come every year. You don't like Treasure Island-fine, don't go there. After a brief period of mourning, I'm sure the city will move on without you.

Exactly right ^^- the fact is, the MAJORITY of people do NOT want to see development on the scale of Clearwater Beach - those who want that can easily just go to Clearwater Beach. So you can wish all you want and post about it all you want, that's fine - but it ain't gonna happen. Thank God.
