Have you called Whole Foods? I wonder if they would carry more exotic meats. What about a regular local butcher? We have Land and Sea near us. I wonder if they would carry rabbit. I just checked their website and they do list rabbit as a product offered, but I would call ahead to see if they have it in the stores.

Annaegel, I don't know any butcher here (I didn't even know there was any), I always go to supermarkets... where the meat is not fabulous. Lucky me, I don't eat a lot. I went to Whole foods, nothing, nor Publix
