I want that cooky cutter place in Florida. Cookie cutter is the new cool. Modern ones are not moldy, unhealthy, and infested wth termites. There's not much old charm with old houses in Florida. It's only a small handful of houses deemed historical landmarks that are kept in good shape. Landmarks cost mucho dinero in upkeep and restorations. Otherwise, the weather and bugs in Florida eat housing materials alive. Nobodies is supposed to naturally live in luxury down there - it's a swampy.

Lots of the modern ones are made of Chinese drywall! Be careful! lol.
