My hubby and 2 kids are moving back to FL!!! We were in Largo for 5 years, but circumstances had us come back up to OH and now we're in the process of moving back in the next couple of weeks. This time though we're looking to move a little further north around the Spring Hill area.. we'd like a little more rural area, but still the amenities! The thing I'm wondering though is if there's any sort of 55+ community maps available so we know from the get go just where to avoid looking since that was kinda our problem when we first got to FL. I've tried looking online for the information and have found a few lists, but it's kinda a pain to have to keep cross checking the names of communities with some of the rentals I'm finding. I was just wondering if anyone might know of an easier way to find the 55+ communities so I don't waste my time thinking I've found an awesome rental only to find out it's got an age restriction on it. I'm 7 months pregnant as well so finding a place FAST is of extreme importance! If we were moving back to the Largo area it wouldn't be quite as tough since we had an awesome realtor there we worked with, but he mostly only deals with Pinellas and a part of Hillsborough. Thanks for any help!!!!

The realtors around Spring Hill can give you a list easily. We went thru that process when the inlaws moved down to be closer. Some, but not all are restricted access so you will need a realtor to get in and look around. Shoot me a PM if you need a name suggestion.
