Just for comparison's sake? Is Tampa any more humid or more hotter than say Thailand or Malaysia or Vietnam?

Or basically, if a person has experienced typical weather in SE Asia, that's basically what a Florida summer weather is like?

I spent some time in SE Asia when I was in the Air Force......

The summers in the Tampa Bay area feel the same to me as SE Asia did.....

Very hot and extremely humid.

Similar to Taipei, Taiwan with double the sunshine. Less rain but the humidity is the same. We used to have cooler winters but not anymore.

It's much worse here, well where i live on the gulf when we are stuck in a reverse west windflow 4+ months during the summer. Never get much rain or even clouds, at least the other places do get rain and clouds.

I have worked in Malaysia (KL, Jakarta), Singapore, Taiwan and Manila. They are all hotter and more humid than Florida in my opinion.

I have spent plenty of time in Indonesia, Malaysia and Singapore. Tampa is not as hot or humid. Hong Kong is more comparable to Tampa.

When I lived in Orlando, I'd go out for a stroll and it felt exactly like Okinawa in the summer time.

Hot and humid.

I find it less humid out here on the west coast though.

Not so bad near the coast beaches (always a breeze) but worse inland or Central Florida.
