We are looking at homes in the Gulf Harbors and Sea Forest Area in New Port Richey. Can anyone give feedback on these areas? We are looking to live somewhere that is not close to strip clubs and payday lending businesses. Also, do you feel safe running or walking with small children in these areas? We are moving from the Triangle Area, North Carolina.

It is a very nice area, and with some great deals. Shoot me an email and I will give you one of the best realtors in Gulf Harbors.

I think your account has been hacked. There is no way the real CHASLS2 would ever say anything nice about West Pasco. Are you being held hostage?

To the OP. I do like those areas and I agree with the others that you should look at Trinity also.

Great schools? Maybe if you are in the IB program at Gulf.

Shouldn't your "best" realtor give you some idea of the area....

Just kidding.

Every area has their good, better and best and less good places...I always tell people to drive around and see if you like it during the day and evening...

if you want to rely on other peoples opinion you should know their backgrounds and motives for saying whatever they have to say...
