We are looking at homes in the Gulf Harbors and Sea Forest Area in New Port Richey. Can anyone give feedback on these areas? We are looking to live somewhere that is not close to strip clubs and payday lending businesses. Also, do you feel safe running or walking with small children in these areas? We are moving from the Triangle Area, North Carolina.

The above areas are the only real nice places in West pasco.

Thanks, but we are currently working with the best realtor in the Tampa Bay area! We are looking into the Trinity area.

Every area has their good, better and best and less good places...I always tell people to drive around and see if you like it during the day and evening...
