Hello Everyone,

I have just moved to Brandon and I was wondering if anyone out there knows or could recommend any bars or lounges around the Brandon area and Tampa. My husband and I are both in our early 20s and we're pretty much open to anything fun. Thanks!

There may be a bar/lounge here and there in Brandon, but Brandon isn't exactly synonymous with nightlife. You and your husband will probably find yourselves driving over to South Tampa or even Ybor more often than not, simply because of the younger clientele and bigger variety of places.

Thanks I will try and see where I can get. I figured that Brandon wasn't very happening with the nightlife scene since I have yet to see anything besides the local bars

Brandon is more of a "family" suburb, not so much on the nightlife.

Barnacles. You dont want to go to the Dallas Bull unless you are a complete redneck

I live on the border of Brandon/Riverview... but that doesn't matter. First make your own place away in your backyard before worrying/wondering whats out there in partyland... when its all said and done you'll be coming home to that place....

In a nutshell make sure you're spot back at the house is 1st and then do the venture outs... I've partied quite a bit around here throughout the decades and wish I had done this in the first place.

I would just avoid Brandon nightlife all together. What does exist has histories of violence and interesting crimes to say the least.

Depends on your taste, but there is something for everyone throughout the Bay area. I can't say that I agree with any of the location suggestions above, but I'm in your age group at 29 years old.

If you could clarify what your "scene" is, we can better recommend.
