Hi All,

Just wondering if anyone can help me, my family and I are moving to Tampa next week from Ireland. We are interested in finding a nice apartment complex which is safe and affordable and which would have a good public elementary school for our son. Our budget including utilities is around 1000 dollars per month.. We have been searching the internet and find areas like Carrollwood, South Tampa, New Tampa etc. There is just so much to process that it is becoming impossible to decide and that is basing it on reviews on the net..

Can someone please help..

That's a big question. You can do research on schools at GreatSchools - Public and Private School Ratings, Reviews and Parent Community

The better areas for schools are New Tampa/Wesley Chapel, Fishhawk Ranch, Westchase, and certain parts of south Tampa.

You might also consider Pinellas county. The schools in the north part of the county are good, and in certain parts of Clearwater/Palm Harbor.
