Hi everybody! I will be moving with my wife from London to Tampa in September and we are considering to rent a 3 bed house in Wesley Chapel or New Tampa. Would you recomend this area?

In New River a pool home just rented for $ 1650.-.
My home rents for approx. $ 1500 in Seven oaks without a pool...just to give you some examples....if you rent one for $ 1300 with a pool it will be a small home or not a very updated home in that area.
Depending on how many sqft you are looking for...for $ 1300 you can rent an older 1500 sqft home or a Town Home...nothing decent in Seven Oaks will be rented for that amount, they are all higher in price or perhaps a private owner who is in foreclosure and wants to rent cheap...which is not allowed by law to rent a home which has any liens on it.

I think Seven Oaks has a really great location! Its so close to a lot of new shopping and the freeway.
