Does anyone know the best place to find homes for rent? I have narrowed it down to a few areas (Lutz, New Tampa, Wesley Chapel) and searching several websites to find all the rentals available is wearing me out! lol And i'm afraid I'm going to miss some as well..... Anyone know of a website that would show them all? Going to move in about one month and we are so excited!! Thanks to any info anyone has to offer, appreciate it

I use realtor.com and Remax seems to do a lot of business down there since that was almost what we saw for realtors during our home rental search. Good luck nice home for rent is tough to find at a decent price.

Try Rentals.com and Craig's List.

Thanks! I've been looking at craigslist but the stories i hear of people renting a place then it going into foreclosure and being booted out without even getting their deposit back scares me a bit. If i rent through a rental agency does anyone know if they actually hold the deposit that way if they make me move out early I would get that back? I haven't rented in about 10 years so it feels a little scarey since I won't actually own the home. Maybe i'm being a bit silly? I'm a bit open with my budget right now, looking for something around $1000-$1500 a month, have a daughter starting 3rd grade so gotta stay in a nice area with decent schools. Would LOVE a pool home, my daughter would swim twice a day, everyday....not sure i'll find that for $1500 or under though. Anyways, the search continues! lol

Real Estate Listings - Homes for Sale - Point2 Homes. is realtor listing site, mainly for sale, but you can find rentals too, usually private by owner rather than big agency.
