I just had my home treated with Termidor around the whole perimeter. The inspector told us that holes would be drilled 12in apart into the slab and that was the "law." However when the tech came, he drilled holes that were between 16'' and 20.'' Also our home is 286 linear feet and he only used 50 gal total for the whole job. According to the pesticide label, Termidor is supposed to be used at a rate of 4 gal per 10 linear feet so he should have used over 100 gal. I'm not sure what to do now...is this even a point of concern for me? I called the company and they said they're sending out a supervisor next week. Does anyone have any experience with termite treatment and know what the rules/regulators are regarding regulated pesticides? Please any advice would be appreciated. Thank you!

i'm a ex-termite tech, did you have active termites or was it preventive treatment, what type of foundation does your house and what is on the label is the law,a lot of companies treat only 50 ft both sides of the active termites if your still not happy when the supervisor inspect you house you can contact FDACS Bureau of Compliance Monitoring
