Moving to South Tampa, St Petersburg area in a few months.... I am currently a server at one in the north east.

Can anyone tell me from experience which store is better for tips, general idea of amount, and when your slow season is.

THanks

Not an employee, but have eaten at many different Bonefish and have loved them all. We currently live in the north end of Sarasota, and our favorite Bonefish is on University Parkway/Cooper Creek. This Bonefish is newer, larger and really beautiful - we just ate there again last night. This place is ALWAYS PACKED, even now in our slowest part of the slow season, it was jam-packed last night. Don't know if you are locked into Tampa/St. Pete, but this is the one I would recommend. Other than that I would say south Tampa would be your best bet, but we used to eat at the one in Carrollwood a lot, that was a great one also. Maybe some employees will chime in.

My stepson and my nephew both worked at the one in S. Tampa. They seemed to like it there but I have no idea how the pay was for that one.

thanks for all the input, but still waiting for inside info....
from a servers point of view a busy restaurant doesn't equal good tips.

@keeper, when you have a chance can you inquire further about their take home money, how long ago did the work there? Thanks
