I called again to the business side of Bright House and they had no clue of paying a credit, but after explaining the issues we had they agreed to pay a credit of $ 36.-...I guess you have to call to get it and maybe on the consumer side they will give it to everybody, but not on the business side, unless you call.

Our phone system was messed up afterwards and still needs to be fixed.

Thanks for letting us know. Like others say it must be a human error.

They will say anything to prevent them self from looking bad...Normally they have a statement pretty fast, so it must be humiliating to them.

Lately they only have increased their fees, that is why I called to get a credit...

Im pretty sure they will auto-credit people for the time that you were out of service.

Didnt they have a statement the same day of the incident? Im pretty sure I saw joe durkin on TV with a statement.

I lost TV only way up here in Citrus County...phone and internet still worked. Still have a lot of problems though with the tv, millisecond freezing , flickering. Have to reboot DVR box which takes forever. BH really dropped the ball on their DVR recording, i.e. if you want to record a show and record it in regular cable it also records the show in HD which fills up your recorded list very quickly, can't seperate the 2.

Mine doesn't do that. Maybe you should ask for a new DVR?

yeah, that's not how it works.. Your either setting them up wrong or your box is malfunctioning.

I'll get another one then. Boils my blood...for instance record Simpson on Ch 1004 HD and it automatically records it on Ch 4 also. Even called customer service and they said can't do anything about it, but that was a few months ago.

I never had that happen to me..you probably have to uncheck one of the channels in your recording options.
