I am excited about this young talented Bucs Team and recently converted to a Bucs fan. Never been to Raymond James stadium, and really looking forwared to seeing an NFL game there, watching my new favorite Team. I attempted to get tickets from craigslist, just one, just for me, to no avail. Probably because I'm looking for a single ticket 100-200 level somewhere in between the 20's. I still may go down and try to get a ticket off a "scalper". Couple questions :

Any advice on "scalpers" at RJ getting the kind of seat I'm looking for ?

Are there any cool bars in walking distance to the stadium that have the NFL ticket ? Or does Raymond James have a decent bar in the stadium ?

Thanks.

Falcons vs. Buccaneers Tickets, Tampa, Raymond James Stadium, 9/25/2011 | SeatGeek

Stubhub.com is another site - or ebay. With the game being only a day away, you'll have to have an e-ticket that you download.

The Bucs have concession stands throughout the stadium - there are bars in the "club seat" sections - you'll need club seat tickets for that. Can't recommend any particular bars in walking distance of the stadium. There all all kinds of bars/restaurants w/ Sunday Ticket throughout the area - but the Bucs game will be blacked out for them (72 mile blackout rule).

Scalpers are getting what they ask - there aren't a lot of cheap tickets available. Although the game doesn't sell out, there aren't a lot of fans trying to unload the tickets they've already bought. Used to be easy to get tickets cheap outside the stadium, but I don't hear that anymore.

Excellent I'll check it out. Is there a bar near the Bucs cove, that pirate ship or just concession stands there ? Looking forward to seeing those dirty birds get spanked tomorrow. Thanks for the info

Here's a tailgate party a short walk from the stadium. You might be able to pick up a ticket there - there's also some food/alcohol available. I think the food is by donation, alcohol for a price. Might check it out. The Pirates Cove has concession stands - but people tend to fill that area (stand) near the pirate ship while watching the game - it can get crowded, especially at halftime. A lot of the people stand there and watch the Jumbotron to follow the game.

Good game - a lot of rain just before the game probably messed up any tailgating.

Looks like we'll have a sellout for the Monday Night Football game.

2,000 tickets left - so if we sell out, the game is going to be broadcasted locally.

Wow - I had no idea they would black out a MNF game if it didn;t sell out. I figured since it was the only game on that night they would broadcast it regardless. Crazy. Hope they sell it out and BUC (pun intended) the trend of blacked out games.

The Colts are hurting (Peyton is out), so hopefully the Bucs will win the game. It will be an electric night - RJS at night is a fun atmosphere to watch football. Looking forward to it.

Rays playoff and Bucs MNF game on Monday ......if the Rays get an early start (afternoon), a Tampa Bay sports fan like myself can do a double header......The Trop then RJS for the evening.
