Bucs on Monday Night Football, Rays in the ALDS baseball playoffs - great night for sports fans. Hopefully we'll get two victories out of it, otherwise tomorrow will be Black Tuesday.

Many on this message board hate/don't have time for professional sports - but this kinds of exposure is great for future tourism as people from all parts of the country get a chance to see how nice our area is.

Go Bucs, Go Rays.

I'm psyched.

Good thing they sold the Bucs game out a long time ago. If people knew some guy named Painter was playing for the winless Colts, they might not have bought the tickets so quickly.

Baloney. Peyton hasn't played all year or preseason.

Try again w/ your negativity.

No need to take it personally BucFan...
Seeing as to how the Bucs AND Rays (and Lightning) have trouble selling out regardless of the competition, you should be more realistic about the locals willingness to support the local teams.

The fact that the Colts have been horrible this year (so far), and that Peyton Manning will not even be on the sidelines adds to the disappointment for many fans of the game of football. It would be like going to watch the Lakers play, and they have some white kid from Vermont playing at guard instead of Kobe.

Oh, I get it. When the Trop doesn't sell out, it's Tampa's problem. But when the place is sold out and in the national spotlight, St Pete takes credit.

Nah. Tampa fans bandwagon well. A Monday night game would get sold out either way as it's something "big" to attend.
