Where do they think all the rats will go? The health dept isn't going to trap them, they are going to fumigate the house and the rats will head to the next closest homes.
Snakes like to eat rats so if there is an infestation of rats in the area its probably an area with many snakes, probably poisonous ones.

They are priced more like around 25k around US19, the newer bigger homes to the east are still around 100k.

Lived in the Tampa area all of my life and never saw a poisonus snake, other than in my hunting days in Levy county. 9 out of 10 times you will see a black snake.

Quite the opposite. If there were many snakes then there would not be many rats and the vast majority of the snake population in Florida are not poisonous.

That is just what I thought:

Many snakes=less rats....

Not meaning to get off topic, but if you don't want to have rats get a cat...

Was meant as a bit of what i thought was humorous sarcasm and not an in depth factual assessment..

I'd say that I live in the nicest area of Holiday. Which is Gulf Winds, off of Anclote Blvd. It's a brand new neighborhood with townhomes and houses. However, you have to drive by all the Section 8 houses before you get to the neighborhood.

The Trinity area is nice and it's getting super cheap.

And all them SEC8 drug dealers will be coming to rob your hood. Kinda like in Westport, all the druggies rob the nicer homes on the water in the back.

I would have to agree with that. Trinity is a little area that sprung up with the bubble and will fall just as hard as the rest of West Pasco...

There is no positive things about the area, it's just former cow pastures, flat, no trees, no topology, nothing but flat grass and the occasional cypress hammock swamp.
