I'm coming back down Florida to look at a few areas for some long term plans. One of the places I'm checking out is the Homossassa area, specifically places with water access. I'd like to get an idea of what the actual access is like. I could rent a boat, but it would be handy to connect with a local who might be up for a charter for the day.

Plenty of properties on canals leading to the gulf with boat dock potential.Not sure how many are for sale but if on the water in Homossassa is where you want to be i'm sure you'll find something.
PS, theres no beaches in the area.

EDIT: Some of the waterways are small and get narrow between the gulf and the property. I just want to get an idea of what the access looks like at those points that google streetview can't show.
