My wife and I will be moving to Tampa very soon (In a matter of weeks)... Where is a nice place to live but not too expensive? We will rent for a while first to explore before we purchase. Our jobs will be near the Tampa airport so we will be looking for an apartment near there, or a house rental if possible... Suggestions anyone?

Like stated above, Westchase is great if you can find something within your budget. Westshore is nice too with a short commute to work. There are apartment and houses available in the area.
