I remember this place, from about 9 years ago. As was mentioned, awesome location. Almost seemed like I couldn't believe they would put apartments there. But, I wondered if being so close to the water wouldn't produce a lot of roaches and other water bugs...so I went back a couple times just to see if could run into a few tenants and ask them about conditions. I did, and they confirmed, it had a bug problem. Of course, this was years ago, but I'll bet it does have to do with being so close to water.

To those who say people with negative comments about this place are liars: maybe you have an interest in putting us down? I had a huge flea problem from the dog of the previous owner (I don't have pets), and the manager basically treated me as a liar. Just one of many stories I could tell about this place. So my advice is, don't necessarily believe the reviews (good or bad), but ask lots of questions while you are looking at the place, try to talk to residents, and keep you eyes wide open.
