Here on CD some people would complain that the rain is killing off the drought.

The addition of jobs, any jobs, is a plus to the economy of the area.

There is an easy way to remove a little bit of stupidity from your daily life. Follow these steps:

In the upper-left of your page is the link "My Settings". Click on that.

On the left side of the page is the link "Edit Ignore List". Click on that.

Add the name of the troll that spends their day spouting incomprehensive garbage (It must pay better than the casino).

Voila! They are gone!

An expanding casino means there are more people working (both in and out of said casino) and they have more have more discretionary income. This is a good sign. As far as "circling the drain" goes, if a blackjack dealer would like to trade places with me and go work at macdill in an increasingly high stress and generally thankless network position, I'd consider it.

Very shortsighted of you.

Many older people don't have a retirement pension and few retirement dollars. Do you think they might find a "zero future" job worthwhile to supplement their measly social security income - perhaps to pay the doctor's bills, rent, or grocery bill?
