I'm referring to the newer mini pass that they offer now. Does it really need to be applied to the windshield? If so, no big deal but I was just curious if anyone on here actually tried it. I'm just visiting every now and then.

I don't know if the one I have is the newest one, I got it about a year and a half ago , but it does work when you set it on the windshield . That is how I have it.
Not sure if there is a newer one than this.

Can Mini SunPass be placed on the rear windows of the vehicle rather than the front window . My windows are Tinted , would Tinted windows defeat the Mini SunPass , Could the Mini be placed on a small piece of glass and placed against the front window , Im about to stick the Mini to a Beer Bottle and place it on the dash.

I hate these new sticker sunpasses. I had one of the original ones, and it broke a couple months back and I had to get one of those sticker things, I found no, they dont work unless you actually stick them to the windshield.

Just run the toll, if it catches you then it sends you a bill for the price of the toll.. the 100 bucks is if you don't pay that bill they send you.

Nope, not true at all. It'll work if you hold it up.
