Did you just sober up, Rip Van Winkle? They changed the liquor licenses in St Pete in 2010. Tampa's has been 3 am for years.

Does the bay area even have much of a club scene? I doubt staying open another hour is going to have the club promoters flocking to the area. Why didn't you move to Miami?

Seriously; this isn't Miami. I like it the way it is now- enough bars for daily drinking and enough clubs to go and pick up girls that just don't know any better.

Great, more time to get loaded. Should be 24 hours.

The extra hour probably wouldn't make much difference. Only the truly hard core really go past 3 am. Even now, alot of clubs start to thin out around 2 am. Unless you're in MIA, Vegas or NYC, most places just don't need extra late hours.
