Hi Axel,

Both places are great communities, very close to water, beaches, and good schools so you don't have much to worry about. It will all come down to what you want to spend and where you will be working.

There are 2 sides to Palm Harbor, either West or East of US 19. Downtown Palm Harbor is west of US19 and is a bit more historic and homey feeling and closer to the beaches. East of US19 is usually a bit newer but doesn't have the same kind of community as the downtown core. There are some great areas around the east side, East Lake, Lansbrook, and Woodlands.

Check out their website:

Dunedin is my favorite town, of course I live there so I am a bit biased. VERY family friendly and great sense of community. I LOVE this town and there is always something going on!

Here is the school info you might need for your children if you have any:

Pinellas County Schools

Good Luck & if you have any other questions, please feel free to ask

Thumbs up I love Palm Harbor!!

I loved Palm Harbor. This is close to the water & great oppurtunities. I got transfered away but this is my favorite place. I hope to go back in a few years but now I must sell my house.
