My exhausting home search, which began many months ago and intensified into a face to face blitz May 11-20, has culminated in the securing of a fair domicile at Lake Jovita Golf and Country Club in Dade City.

She handled my vascilation between buying and renting, dealt with my changing list of demands, and relinquished her valuable time with grace and optimism. Although we ended up renting which yields her little more than goodwill from a client she stuck with me and led us to a dream house.
My wife was on a cruise through my ordeal which left my teenage granddaughter and I to face the challenge. With cell connected IPad and Tom-Tom we roamed the streets of Wesley Chapel, Zephyrhills, Land O Lakes, Dade City, Brandon, and points in between. We tried buying but found renting more to our needs at this point. Several times we acquired money order deposits only to find the house already rented hours earlier.
Then Debbie led us to Jovita. We now call this home the "WOW house". That's what I said when I went through the front door, also what my wife said when she got a gander at it.
It's a pool/spa home with a pristine golf course view out the screened pool cage. 2,900 sq ft., 3b/3b., 12 ft. grand ceilings. The owner let her beautiful furnishings, including electronics, stay at no extra charge and allowed our 3 cats. $2,000 a month, $2,000. deposit which included the pet deposit. She took the whole year up front, (my desire), and cleared us in days.
We are 6 minutes from dear relatives and close enough to extensive shopping to suit us.
Debbie lives in Jovita as well and knows the ropes of the area and schools which she freely shares with us. We have more than a realtor in her, we have made a friend.

You have really chosen a beautiful area, I have always felt the greater Dade City area was really something special. Spectacular scenery and you feel worlds away from "typical" Florida.
