Might make an offer today on a property in there!

Your question is kind of random....what is it exactly you want to know?

The community is very big with many sub communities and many different experiences for different home owners and different price ranges.

Good Luck and welcome to Wesley Chapel.

SNowbird - Did you see the Bank Owned home at 25810 Crippen Drive Land O Lakes, FL? Grand Oaks subdivision is off the same road as Lexington Oaks.

Seems like a nice place and a great price.

My husband has looked at both the homes on Crippen since yesterday. His impression is that Lexington Oaks in a nicer community with less "cookie cutter" ness. Crippen is a top contender as well, but the one house in Lexington Oaks is his favorite.

I was just looking for general feedback....if I had a specific questions I probably would have asked a specific question

Good, at least you saw the homes. Hate to see anyone miss what may be a good deal.

The issue is really timing. Both homes we like are in multiple offer situations. The home in Lexington Oaks we will find out about today (more than likely) and have to make a decision today. The decision on Crippen isn't coming til the end of next week, so even though we'd go in over asking price...no promise we'll be the high bidder...so if we say no to the Lexington Oaks home, and then aren't the high bidder on Crippen...we are back to square one.

Plus the back yard on Crippen is essentially shared between 3 houses....the backyard in Lexington Oaks is fenced, backs up to conservation lot, and there would be room for a pool in the future.
