What is up with that sea weed? meaning, is it going to be cleaned up? or are they using it to keep the water from eating up the beach?

Seaweed is part of the ocean, they dont clean it up

Ok.

It seems the water is higher than it was last year...meaning last year you could still walk after that seaweed...now you go straight into the water.

Water levels are not higher. You may have been there at high tide
