You can just talk to any realtor, they give out listingbook accounts at open houses, if you just call them am sure they will set you up. Nothing special except you are able to look by highlighting a map.

In and around St Pete the trend IS to buy a 50 year old home, demolish it, and build a brand spanking new mansion over it. And that IS because St Pete is really not made out of planned communities.

You're mistaken if you think there is more "socialization" in planned communities. It is the exact opposite...the older more established neighborhoods, (where people don't move in and out like the bugs) is where you'll find more friendly, and less transient ppl.

It will take you some time to find that planned community where people are all out socializing. I am not kidding.

You can go to realtor.com, trulia.com and search listings for St Pete. Both sites give you school ratings too. But remember "Pinellas County" is made up of a lot of cities, so you have to search by city, like St Pete, Largo, Seminole, Clearwater, Palm Harbor, Oldsmar, Safety Harbor....etc you get the idea.

I was told Seminole is an A school. Are there any other schools in Pinellas County that are ranked A (I assume thats the best?).

Thank you

What about Feather Sound? It is not in St. Pete proper but it is a pretty area. I agree you do also have the option of Bradenton if you don't mind going over the Skyway bridge (toll) twice a day.
