I need recommendations on zip codes to look into for rentals in the downtown Clearwater area. The business we just purchased is in 33767 and would like to try to be as close as possible (within 10-15 minutes) We are looking to stay under $1700 a month and school is important as we have child going into 2nd grade and a newborn on the way. I have done some looking into and schools don't seem all that great but found Plato Academy and think that is our best best.

What zip codes do should we look into that would fit our description? We currently live in Lithia so this would be a big transition for us. Any other towns near Clearwater that we should consider?

TIA.

Default Clearwater or Somewhere else

Hi everyone. I live in Norther Indiana or as we call it Deadwood Indiana. There is nothing to do here. We are both in our 60's and retired. We are planning on coming to Clearwater around June 2013 and rent a place till we can find a home to buy. Someone told us to look at foreclosures for a good buy. My daughter and grandson will be coming down to live with us once we find a place. This is my question. My daughter has been to Clearwater and she loves it there. We have not yet been there. I am in a wheelchair and my husband has had Cancer so our health is not the best. We just want a place that is warm and sunny to spend our days. We do like to see things and go places which we will but is Clearwater a place where you can walk to shops, restaurants and such. My daughter will transfer to a Red Lobster, where ever there is one hopefully close by. What would u suggest or is Clearwater a great place for all of us.

Thanks

Linda
