It's a decent area, albeit a bit boring for my tastes. All newer construction. Basically built out during the bubble where nothing existed before but cow pasture

Most of your questions are very personal and it depends on you preferences and taste.

For crimes...I would suggest www.pascosheriff.com

There are very nice communities and most of them have websites and you can find info by looking on google.

Check "Champions Club, Fox Wood, Heritage Springs, Thousand Oaks, Thousand Oaks East, etc".

There are many deals to be find in that area if you look at short sales....with or without a pool.

Some communities are 55+ or at least one of the buyers has to be that age.

If you need more info or someone to assist you wity your search than let me know and you can PM me.

Crime is about average-mainly auto burglary. Lock your car doors and you'll be fine. Neighborhoods are very nice, homes are newer, and it's a lot cleaner than the rest of Pasco. Beauty? in the concrete Tampa Bay area jungle? You'll only find some beauty at Starkey Park. Close to new hospital, plenty of dining and shopping mall in Citrus Park is about 25-30 minutes away. Very convenient. I have lived in the Trinity area for about 19 years. It's still a decent place to live and is far better than many areas in Pasco, IMO.

Check the new home builders over there. Both SFR and Townhomes. Very nice, in West Trinity. Saw a real nice home, 4 bedroom in East Trinity, was on the market for a day. Saw the home and it was under contract by the end of the day. Was listed for 165K, but was a very nice one.

Nice area in most of the developments. Watch for flooding in certain areas. I know after TS Debbie there were a few developments that had significant flooding. When they developed the area they put 1 development next to another without really paying attention to how the water ran off. There were lots of foreclosures/short sales in Trinity West.
