Money's list of America's best small cities

Riverview makes #65 on the Top 100 list of America's best small cities.

Carmel, IN - Best Places to Live - Money Magazine

Only 3 Florida cities made the list??? Would you want to live in Carmel, IN @ #1?

What an absolute joke... has anyone from that magazine actually BEEN to Riverview? If they had, they would not have made such a silly conclusion.

And they call Reston, VA a small town? wow

They list several DC suburbs as "small towns"... ridiculous Gaithersburg, Germantown and Reston? Nice enough places, but hardly "small towns"

Edit: and Rio Rancho, NM? About as soulless of a suburb as you will ever find.

They also list several college towns, they should be dropped automatically

I am from the Indianapolis area and have relatives that live in Carmel. First of all, it can't possibly be the top place to live in the US, and second, to even consider Riverview being close to it is laughable.

Whoever put this together could not have visited these places.

It was small maybe 15 years ago or more. Since they built reston town center and all that housing out there, it's just another soulless suburb

That's funny. The person who wrote this article is an idiot who probably has no idea how a town like that should look like!

Hey - I'm all for Riverview making this list. Might help spur the housing market, at least in that area. We know Riverview could use some good Real Estate news.

As most of these articles, it's based on opinion and filtered facts. I for one am glad to see something in the area being on a positive list for a change though!

LOL - I wish I had investment Properties. Maybe now is a good time to buy some in Riverview? Especially if you are interested in tenants who will likely trash your property and steal all the copper and appliances when they leave.
