Are there any good Russian grocery stores in Tampa? I miss having one in walking distance like I did in Virginia. I mostly want to be able to have a steady supply of tarhun, baikal, and kvass though everything else is also a plus. Google tells me there is Euro Food & Deli on Kennedy and Red Square Deli on Waters, any thoughts on those? I'm in North Tampa so don't really want to go down to Sarasota or anything.

I visited an American supermarket. They have so many amazing products here. Like powder milk. You add water and you get milk. And powder orange juice. You add water and you get orange juice. Then I saw baby powder. And I said to myself, what a country! I'm making my family tonight!

I have been to the Red Square store on Waters before. It was full of all kinds of interesting foods. The store owner was really nice too. He gave my friend and I several free russian foods that were very tasty because we purchased so many things. I haven't been in several years (it is quite a distance from my house), but it has my recommendation.

thanks for the suggestions, i'll have to make sure to check out red square then. I'm near the Euro Food & Deli fairly often so I'll stop by there too sometime.
