Its a very affordable place to live but not much going on. Better places are Palm Harbor, Dunedin, Tarpon Springs not far away.

Moved to Hudson Beach area in 87. Sea Ranch. Great area then.

Recently came back to take care of some family business. This place is the asspit of Florida. Hookers walking 19...drug deals in plain sight.

A couple of weeks ago...Sea Ranch....had a knock on the door at 4 am. Dude wasent expecting me to answer....i guess he was expecting an older couple. Immediately said sorry...wrong house. The PCSO picked him up down the road. I could only imagine if my 80 year old mom answered the door.

I would say the area for Trinity to Wesley Chapel is a great place to look if you want to stay in Pasco County.

I spent a lot of time during my visit in Southern Pasco from Trinity to Wesley Chapel. Seemed very nice with a lot of growth going on. I wanted to drive through the coastal area of Pasco from NPR to Hudson to see for myself what everyone talks about but I didnt have the time.
