Hello,

So I have looked on zillow, trulia, realtor and craigslist and barely any homes come back available to rent, even less when I put in my particulars, mainly 4 bedroom.

As populated as the area is, there must be quite a few rentals, can someone tell me how most are listed?

I think if you get in touch with a Property Management Company you would probably have some luck. They are listed on the MLS as well, but very few have access.

Thanks Gulfer, if anyone has a property management company they can recommend for the Safety Harbor area I would be appreciative.

Thanks.

Look directly on real estate websites, IE: Century 21, etc. Many of them manage properties that they dont own. I found my house through the military, but it is managed by a real estate company who handles all the repairs, rent, etc while our house owners are in another state.

hotpads.com is a good resource. Typically if they are on MLS you will see them on one of the sites you have named. Could be there is not a lot of inventory this time of year - landlords try to time it so they don't have vacancies during the holidays. You will probably have better luck after Jan. 1.

4bd rental homes seem kinda hard to find. I think most investors who rent out homes purchase 3bd. Would you be able to live in a 3bd for a year or so? Might what to think of that option.

Thanks for all the suggested sites, I will check them out.

If push comes to shove we will go with a 3 bedroom while we look to buy. Rather be in the school zone we think we will buy in renting a 3 bedroom then not be and in a 4 bedroom. Hopefully we can find a bigger 3 bedroom with a bonus rooms of sorts we can use as a bedroom.
