Snow days!!!!

My boss just informed my dept. that we can work from home on Friday because of the significant storm expected.

I'm just having fun, because being in an area where I can be outside year 'round, beautiful beaches, etc., I will forget all about those occasional snow days.

You've got 4" on me. I didn't think the Providence area was going to get hit as hard (30"?!) but looks like it from what you posted. (((lovely)))

LOL! The funny thing about that is, a foot of snow is 'nothing to sneeze at' and here we are hoping that's all we get.

Seriously? Find a good book!! Looks like we'll have plenty of time to read this weekend. In the meantime, as long as I don't lose power, I'm going to be watching my recorded shows of sunny Florida beaches...

I can deal with the snow(if I have to lol) I have all wheel drive and a brand new snowblower but it is the power outages that gets us every time...in 08' with ice storm lost it for a week and a half and the Halloween storm of 2010 I lost it for a week..so with the size of this monstah' I am sure we will lose power if we do I can handle a day maybe even 2 days but I can not do multiple days/week THAT will kill me
