Teachers who have committed crimes in other States may go unknown if they already got the job...

I think it is time that fnger prining will become more often and perhaps cheaper so it can be done every 2-3 years.
I don't see what the big deal about a realter being a felon is. If the guy paid his debt to society, he should be given another chance.

It's not like they are on the run from the law and decided to sell real estate. They chose a profession after being released by the state.

I always get a kick out of the religious windbags who claim to be 'christians' , but know nothing of foregiveness and compassion.

Apparently the felon realtor didn't learn his lesson until his third conviction! A realtor has access to unattended homes and very important financial info...I don't think someone convicted multiple times of crimes involving fraud and grand theft should have a realtors license any more than a convicted pedeophile teach school or drive a school bus...if that makes me a religious windbag...I'm good with it!

What if the convictions were for stealing expensive items from a luxurious department store....and ID theft.

How great would you think that the same realtor has access to a house that is for sale or rent an has items in there and the owners are away so the house can be showed by that criminal realtor who has a lock box key and can enter between certain time.

Realtors always tell sellers to store valuables but valuables can be different for different people...for one it maybe money for another one a diamond ring, but for this realtor a nice brand name purse was what she was interested in to take more than once and sell on EBAY....

I knw I don't want anybody with a criminal past having access to my property.

Some people always want to see the good in people and they always end up at the short end of the stick...

We all are guilty of something, none perfect--- but we grow up, mature and move forward, and chances should be given, but again,,, be true to self first, or you setting yourself up for failure.
