That looks nice. Having the car rental facilities apart from the terminal is a good idea. It works well in Ft Myers and Atlanta.

Nothing works well in Atlanta, I travel a lot and everyone that I know avoids Atlanta at all costs, is ike a 50/50 shot that you won't spend the night there because of a flight delay or cancellation.
I love TPA, I actually have been almost missing most of my return flights because in my head I time it like TPA, which does not work. In TPA as long as I am pulling in the airport an hour before my flight I am golden, in other airports not so much. I like the fact that i can walk to the long term parking. I understand that is a good thing, but I hope they don't mess it up.

If 50% of the flights at the Atlanta airport get cancelled, they do need to improve. That's way too many. Most airports are well under 10%.

How do you think the separate rental facilities increased the number of delayed flights?

What caught my attention is that it cost $453 million to demolish Marriott, wow . I have no idea how they came uo to that figure.

Nothing in the plan sounds impressive!

That phase started in December, when the airport banned curbside idling in the arrival lanes. Doing so could extend the life of the terminal's curbs and roads by another 20 years.
If you want to extend the life of the terminal, stop passengers from using the terminal

Again the quickest way to generate traffic and revenue is to attract long haul carriers. I want to see non-stop flights to Europe and Asia from Tampa so I don't have to fly to New York for connecting flights.

TIA is the best airport by far among the dozen I pass through. Glad to hear that thinking people are working on the future.
