I'm writing an article that compares the most expensive/exclusive areas of the Tampa Bay area. Can anyone help with some suggestions of towns to research? Thanks.

Avila, Bayshore, Beach Park, Hyde Park. I would imagine most waterfront in Pinellas

There is also an area off of Livingston Road called the Sanctuary. It's about 2 miles South of HWY 54.

anything on the beach and those houses off Hutchinson-- very big, very pretty and $$$.. anyhow unless I had a helo... wouldn't move there- traffic must be murder. and by Morton hospital in Clearwater... smell the cash burning there.
