Crazy Ants.

I had them for the second consecutive summer in my house. Last year, they disappeared on their own after tormenting my house for months. Around late September / early October, they vanished. Since I saw them again by May, I figured they were a seasonal issue.

This year, in July, I used Terro liquid ant baits. I set a single trap in my bathroom, where the bulk of them were getting in. 24 hours later, they were toast. Not a peep from them since. This surprised me, since I heard they were pretty resistant to all consumer treatments. Not in my case, at least. Note that they weren't as bad this summer as they were the year before, but they were entirely destroyed by the Terro product. Kudos to my wife for setting me straight on the brand, since I first tried Hot Shot baits which did absolutely nothing.

I put out some Terro this last Sat and i still have lines of ants eating it.
