Wawa way way overrated? Let me ask you, what other gas station presses your panini fresh on the grill, makes a caramel machiatto with soy milk, and sells warm smores pies?

Exactly.

Haha! I grew up in Philly. When Wawa was first opening and advertising on TV, just hearing the name made my skin crawl. I was only a kid and couldn't stand just hearing the name. Every commercial would end with them saying "Wawa, it means fast flying Goose".
I picture a bunch of dudes sitting around a table trying to think of a name for their new venture. One guy says how about Wawa? Everybody jumps up and says " that's it, what an awesome name" puke! LOL!

We already have Trader Joes all over the place. It's called Aldi's.

You just don't get the fancy packaging and marketing.

Is Aldi Just Trader Joe's Without The Marketing Budget?

I love both Trader Joe's and Aldi, but they have completely different products. The wine selection alone is worth going to TJ's for.

Actually, they do have a lot of the same products (in different packaging), but each store has different products as well. ALDI only has a tiny selection of wine, but what they have is GREAT bang for the buck. I like both stores as well.

I've been to both. Hate Aldi's. Love Trader Joe's. Different options for different interests.
