Yea, I do. How much time you spend in the housing projects, section eight house, and the poorest neighborhoods in the city? I spend every working day helping these people. I'm telling you the system is abused!

I think you should probably educate yourself with the pygmalion effect. Might teach you a thing or two.

Exactly, a good example is New Orleans. There is literally NO opportunity within the city and generation after generation of people have been born into it.

Like it or not, there is a fair amount of people, that as long as they don't Have to work, won't. People may find this hard to believe, but most homeless people, want to be homeless. Sure, if you gave them a house they would take it, but a lot of people have No desire to work. As long as our tax dollars support these people or your hand outs keep putting booze in the hands of the homeless, there is a segment of society that doesn't want to support them selves. Unfortunately most people have no idea that that segment is larger than they Have been taught. You have to get out there and associate with these people for a while. A few are just down on their luck and will try to do better, but many are content to stay where they are.

Exactly and it has nothing to do if there is opportunity provided for them. I don't think the Mayor's plan is really for these type of people. I think he wants to ensure there is as much as possible to lure productive people into the core of the city, rather than in suburbia.....where the overwhelming amount of successful people prefer to be....for good and obvious reasons.

the stats came in at 4% of our people ( Americans) are lazy bumbs,, period!.. NOW we have a biggie problem with narcotics and learned behaviour... which has changed over the years and been a proven fact... ei. Hispanics now have the highest numbers of new businessess openings- blacks now have a huge amount of wealth than in the last 60 yrs compared to the previous 60, and the orientals just leaving us behind,,, even though they came here to bulild California they excell at whatever they put thier minds to, and so do the Hindu etc. . Your 5 yr old can now run your remote control, smart phone and other gadgets much faster than you can. More kids have graduated from college than ever- but have NO jobs to go to, and are moving overseas to work. Read the news folks-for proof!
Buddy you need a new JOB, specially with the attititude- take a break!

You can't say orientals unless you are talking about rugs.
